Shipping Policy

At Rana’s by Kshitija, we prioritize quick dispatch, and safe and on-time delivery of all our orders. We use the best courier services for all our orders worldwide.

We are associated with reputed services like FedEx, UPS, and DHL for all our international deliveries, and DTDC, First Flight Couriers for all our national deliveries.

All orders within India are serviced by us FREE of cost. For orders from countries outside India, shipping charges may apply as mentioned during each purchase, based on the shipping address. In case you order from a country outside India, you have the option to get your order shipped within India and benefit from Free Shipping.

For multiple orders, if all items are shipped together, courier charges apply only once. If items are shipped separately, courier charges apply per shipment.

To ensure safe delivery of packages, we double-pack each item before final packaging.

All ready-to-ship products will be shipped within 7 working days of order and payment confirmation. Other orders will be shipped within 15 working days or as mentioned at the time of order. Shipping delays may occur due to customizations or force majeure events.

All made-to-order/customized products will be dispatched as discussed and finalized with the customer.

In case stitching is required:

• For blouse: 3-4 working days
• For petticoat: 2-3 working days
• For salwar suit: 4-5 working days

To help us deliver your order on time, please ensure that you provide a detailed shipping address with a pin/zip code and necessary contact information. A Telephone Number is required for international deliveries. All your information is stored as per the Privacy Policy of Rana’s by Kshitija. Rana’s by Kshitija will not be responsible for delivery failure or extra charges applied by the courier company in case of an incorrect delivery address. We will not bear any losses due to the loss of packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer.
