Orders & Payment
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking (all major banks)
- Digital Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
Note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number
- Log in to your account and view order details in the Orders section
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, the order enters production and cannot be changed. To request a modification or cancellation:

EMI options are not currently available. However, you can use your credit card's EMI facility if your bank offers it.
Shipping & Delivery
India: FREE shipping on all orders
International: ₹2,500 flat rate per parcel (FREE for orders above ₹20,000)
Ready-to-ship products: 5-7 business days within India
Custom/Made-to-order products: 21-28 days
International orders: 10-15 business days (after production)
Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping is ₹2,500 per parcel, with FREE shipping on orders above ₹20,000. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Products & Customization
Yes! Every piece at Rana's by Kshitija is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Jaipur using traditional techniques like gota patti, zardozi, aari work, mukesh, resham, and kundan embroidery.
Absolutely! We specialize in customization. You can:
- Modify colors, fabrics, or embroidery on existing designs
- Request completely bespoke pieces
- Adjust sizing and fit

Each product comes with specific care instructions. Generally:
- Dry clean only for silk, embellished, and Banarasi garments
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Use muslin or cotton cloth for wrapping
- Avoid hanging heavy garments; fold and store flat

We recommend checking our Measurement Chart before ordering. For custom orders, we take detailed measurements to ensure a perfect fit. If you need assistance with sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and often customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to:
- Review product details, measurements, and images carefully before ordering
- Contact us if you have any questions or concerns
- Request fabric swatches or additional photos if needed
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damage/defect
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
